Raspberry Summer Salad


It's too hot to cook! Anyway my husband and I love a good salad. This one was pretty delish.
About two handfuls of baby greens- I like herb mix and arugula. 
Add cooked and cold sliced chicken breasts well seasoned.
Add small chunks of zucchini and pepper jack cheese.
Toss in plump, ripe raspberries and dress with homemade good for you Vinaigrette
